The floor tray consists of an aluminum profile frame and foamed polyurethane, integrally bondedwith the tile finish. lt features a dual-layer waterproofing design: primary waterproofing-thealuminum frame forms a basic waterproof barrier, with a >40 mm raised waterproof edge toeffectively prevent wateringress; secondary waterproofing-the integral polyurethane foamcreates a sealed, void-free structure with no vulnerable points, forming a continuous and reliablewaterproofing system.

Composed of ceramic tiles, aluminum alloy framing, and foamed polyurethane, the panels are securely connected with dedicated prefabricated fasteners.
Strong Bonding: Average pull-off strength up to 1.0 MPa.
High Load Capacity: Supports up to 100 kg at a single point without additional support.
Flexible Design: Supports irregular shapes, mitered corners, decorative trims, niches, and other design features.

The featured aluminum honeycomb composite ceiling uses an shadow line design with no sealant required, delivering a clean, refined appearance. Its overlapping installation allows easy removal and repositioning, eliminating the need for separate access panels and simplifying the installation and maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.

Water supply, drainage, and electrical services are routed within the space between the floor tray, wall panels, and structural surfaces, rather than embedded in the wall structure. This fully separates MEP services from the structure for faster installation and easier maintenance. The system supports both same-floor drainage and inter-floor drainage, providing greater flexibility in inspection, maintenance, and spatial planning.

Through systematic structural design and optimized materials and processes, the system effectively reduces the hollow sensation of raised prefabricated flooring and enhances underfoot stability. It delivers a feel comparable to conventional flooring while combining industrialized efficiency with a high-quality user experience.
